The Phase 3 Pecan Street Roadway and Utilities is a design-bid-build (DBB) project to construct a new roadway to include utilities, a new outfall in the ravine to Suitland Parkway, new public system water services to existing St. Elizabeths hospital, and the demolition of the private elevated water storage tank. This project is currently in the pre-design phase.
