Parking Garage​

St. Elizabeths East - Parking Garage at Parcel 6

The Phase 2 Parking Garage is a design-build project that includes designing and constructing a parking garage with 750 parking spaces within a multi-level parking structure. This project is currently in the design phase.

Design started in Spring 2020.

Construction begins in Fall 2020 and ends in early 2022.
