Phase 8 13th Street Roadway Connector is a design-bid-build (DBB) project that consists of constructing a  new roadway for the remaining 13th Street from Cherry Street to Alabama Street and complete Congress Heights Metro circulation improvements. 

35% design completed & 65% design underway.

Construction anticipated to start late 2023
