St. Elizabeths East - 13th Street Roadway and Utilities
Phase 4 13th Street Roadway and Utilities is a design-bid-build (DBB) project to construct a new roadway for 13th Street and Cherry Street that includes utilities and relocation of the substation.
Construction started March 15, 2022.
Construction completion tentative date is December 19, 2023.
