No, the new public garage will be a fee-based garage. The prices have not been set yet.
The hospital will open in 2024.
The meter fees will commence with the formal turnover of the now private roads to DDOT. Once the roadways become public roads, all maintenance and parking fees collection authority will rest with DDOT and DPW.
All current residents of the apartments and their guests will use private parking lots designated for the residences or pay meter parking.
All contractors are responsible for their own refuse collection and hauling. Anyone who witnesses illegal dumping or trash being left in an unsafe manner should report it to (202) 539-4810.
